It’s been 10 years since I started in advertising. Long ago, I learned that having questions—and finding the courage to ask them—is far more valuable than pretending to have all the answers. Investigating is part of the process. It’s how you spark discussion, shift thinking and identify opportunities that, otherwise, no one would have thought of. You create new blanks to fill in.
