Feeding our need for inspiration. And snacks.
In 2018, I was starting to feel the pains of ten years in the industry. Rather than quit my job and become a Whole Foods florist (my fantasy fallback plan), I started actively seeking inspiration. Award shows, Instagram accounts, magazines. Anything I could find. Once I could see the possibilities again, my enthusiasm magically returned.
Because of how much this helped me, I created Creativity Food. During our first year, I presented things I found and invited others to share what fed their creativity. We had wine and cheese and went through the Cannes winners. We had a holiday cookie bakeoff and reviewed year-end favorites.
In 2019, there will be more Creativity Food to savor. Now a formally branded program, there's more in store for our creative team and their imaginations.
